ST. KITTS & NEVIS: Schedule of Fees
St Kitts and Nevis is a beautiful Caribbean Island Country filled with numerous investment opportunities for those who seek to Invest or expand their business there. This country has been a favorite investment destinations for famous actors around the world including Actor Rober De Niro. St Kitts Citizenship costs for Investors and Businessmen are divided into two options
1. SUSTAINABLE GROWTH FUND (SGF) CONTRIBUTION
2. REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT
The Government requires an investment in designated real estate with a value of at least US$ 200,000 for each main applicant.
Upon submission of an application, following non-refundable due diligence and processing fees must also be paid. These fees amount to US$7,500 for the main applicant, and US$4,000 for each dependent of the main applicant who is over the age of 16 years.
On approval in principle of an application made through a real estate investment, a Government fee applies, as follows:
Main applicant: US$35,000
Spouse of the main applicant: US$20,000
Dependent child of the main applicant under 18 years of age: US$10,000
Dependent child of the main applicant above the age of 18 years or dependent parent aged 55 and above: US$10,000
In addition to these fees, real estate buyers should be aware of purchase costs (mainly compulsory insurance fund contributions and conveyance fees).
Siblings of the principal applicant or his or her spouse who is unmarried, childless, 30 years or younger and financially dependent on the principal applicant.
